1. Profile: Tóm tắt

HP40-C5 two-component high pressure injecting machine, low pressure foaming machine, has one PLOY barrel and one ISO barrel, and the two metering units are drived by two independence motors , through change the motor's speed to control the metering pump’s output. This kind of machine is specially used in the polyurethane foaming products.

Hp40-C5 là máy phun xốp áp suất cao hai thành phần, Có thùng chứa Polyol, ISO, và bộ định lượng cho từng thành phần điều khiển bằng mô tơ độc lập, qua việc thay đổi tốc độ mô tơ sẽ điều chỉnh lưu lượng phun của bơm. Loại máy này chuyên dụng để sản xuất các sản phẩm xốp polyurethane.

2.5  Pressure limit and control system Gi ới hạn áp suất và hệ thống điều khiển

Both Polyol and Isocyanate working pressure are in a range of 6~22Mpa. Whenever the

working pressure exceed the range of 25Mpa, the machine will be stopped automatically and give an alarm at the same time.

Cả Polyol và Iso làm việc ở áp suất khoảng 6-22Mpa. ở đây áp suất nếu vượt quá 25Mpa, thiết bị sẽ tự động ngừng và có cảnh báo xuất hiện.

2.6  Component flow control and test unit Kiểm soát lưu lượng và kiểm nghiệm

According with the pump’s flow 、 the components’ mixing range and the related parameters,Our machine can change the components’ flow out by adjust the shift motor. Testing andcorrecting the components’ flowing parameters and the mixing range by their own feeding valve, so as to adjust and control the components’ flow.

Tùy theo lưu lượng bơm, thành phần hóa chất sẽ trộn trong khoảng thích hợp. Thiết bị có thể điều chỉnh lưu lượng qua tốc độ mô tơ.

2.14           Metering pump automatic lubrication Bơm định lượng tra dầu tự động

For  the  polyisocyanate  metering  pump hand  wheel  shaft  seal  regular  automatic  lubrication  and cleaning, lubricating medium for DOP

Bơm định lượng ISO và Polyol có bộ phận tự tra dầu, thông thường dùng dầu DOP

2.15  Material feeding system: Independent gear pump for B material, flow is 40L/MIN;Pneumatic pump for A material. Hệ thống nạp liệu: bơm bánh răng cho ISO, lưu lượng 40L/phút. Bơm khí nén cho Polyol.

2.20 Electrical Control System Hệ thống điều khiển điện

Electric control system adopts Siemens PLC, input, output modules, touch screen Siemens. Include control cabinet; South Korea's LG Series PLC controller; Omron relay; Schneider contactor; French Schneider switches, buttons; External interface; system

software and control procedures. Hệ thống điều khiển điện sử dụng PLC Siemens, màn cảm ứng Siemens, tủ điện sử dụng các bộ phận của LG, rờ le Omron, Nối điện Schneider, và các hệ thống ngoại vi khác.

component of the pressure is too small or too large, over-pressure metering pumps and other fault information; Control system failure alarm has a strong, sound and light alarm devices equipped with necessary equipment automatically shut down. Khi áp suất phun quá cao hoặc quá thấp, hệ thống sẽ cảnh báo, trong trường hợp cần thiết máy sẽ tự động ngừng

Pentane checking system is independent. After checking the pentane is at safety condition and air exhaustion is normal, the main machine can be power on and work. The exhausting fan is controlled by inverter, if pentanes is increasing at air, the fan will running faster, to make sure the machine and operator safety.

Hệ thống kiểm tra Pentane độc lập. Sau khi kiểm tra Pentane trong điều kiện an toàn và quạt hút hoạt động bình thường, máy chính mới có thể bật và làm việc. Quạt hút điều khiển thông qua biến tần, nếu Pentane tang cao quạt sẽ chạy nhanh hơn để đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động an toàn.

2.19  Pipe and air system Hệ thống ống nguyên liệu và ống khí

Material pipeline, include soft pipe to convey the raw material. Feed pipe is assembled ontothe Mixing head, and return pipe is connected with raw material tank; Ống nguyên liệu, kể cả ống mềm lẫn ống cứng. ống nguyên liệu chuyển hóa chất đến đầu trộn và hồi về bồn chứa.

Air and liquid pipe is used to pipe the compressed air and cleaning liquid. This is anti-solvent and high pressure pipe; Ống khí và ống dung môi sử dụng để chuyển khí nén và nước rửa. Đây là loại ống chịu dung môi và chịu áp cao

Air is filtered by oil and water separator, oil frog device. Khí được lọc qua dầu.
